General FAQ's

Your order will include the garment/product, the imprint(logos chosen), a generic sew label if applicable, a hangtag specific to your brand if applicable, a custom barcode with a retail price and individual packaging.

Payment will need to be made online using a debit or credit card. You can check out on our website, or we will send you a link to pay. Your order will not be processed until payment is made.

Turnaround time on most of our products is 4-6 weeks depending on current workload. If you need your order sooner please reach out to us and we will see if this is possible. Please account for 4-6 weeks for production and 1 week for shipping time.

We will send you final proofs for approval prior to placing the order into production, once that this is approved and the order is placed into production you can not cancel your order.

Our minimum order quantity on most of our products is going to be 24 pieces. However, some items do require a 36 piece minimum. This MOQ can be split between sizes. You do not have to order 24/36 of each size. The imprint needs to remain the same for all 24/36 units.

Retail pricing on your barcodes will be double the dollar amount that you pay for the item. For example, if you pay $5.00 for an item your barcode sticker will read $10.00

Yes. For instance, if you would like to print on both the front and the back of the garment there is an additional cost. Each style/garment is a different cost, so please check the product page for pricing.

Online Ordering

You will need to reach out to your account executive to edit your order. Please note once that your order is placed into production you can not edit your order.

"Retail Ready" means what you see is what you are ordering. These specific products are non customizable. These are available to make things easy on franchise owners and place orders of your favorite styles/graphics without doing the leg work of designing anything on your own.

Custom Orders and Artwork

Each and every order is unique so we can not give you a price until you give us details on what you would like to order.

You can use our easy to use online designer, or you can reach out to your account manager for assitance designing your artwork.

Your final artwork used will need to fit within your brand guidelines. Our online designer tool is the best way to create on-brand designs.

Shipping Policies, Production Policies and Return Policies

Every order we produce is shipped standard UPS or FedEx Ground. Since everything we make is customized for you, you have to wait for production to be complete. If you need upgraded shipping once production is complete please reach out to your account executive and they can get you a quote.

The freight company will be responsible for any lost or stolen shipments. My Studio Tee's will not be held accountable.

Once that your proof is approved, you will be held responsible for any misspelling, design errors, or any other errors not in our control. Please make sure to double and triple check your proofs prior to approving them.

We have done our best to provide the most color accurate images for you to reference when purchasing our products. However, due to the nature of the business there can be a slight variance in product color, garment color, print color or anything else. If you have any concerns prior to production please let us know.

Due to all of our orders being customized for you, returns are not accepted. If an item is faulty or defective we will either offer you a replacement or a refund. As a company we operate on less than a 3% defect ratio, so please take that into consideration when placing your order.
